bq. For the How to Release, may not be doc-ed yet. mujtaba has support in maven to generate
everything, though.

Branch 4.0.1 is ready to go. I'd prefer to be completely consistent with earlier releases
by following the project release script so without one probably shouldn't be the release runner.
