Pushed to 4.x and 4.4.  I found 4.4.0 in the unreleased versions tag and hence added it. Thanks
for the update.
Did this test change cause any failure. Because from the commit build I saw this

Test Result (2 failures / -1)
org.apache.phoenix.end2end.index.MutableIndexFailureIT.testWriteFailureDisablesIndex
org.apache.phoenix.end2end.index.MutableIndexFailureIT.testWriteFailureDisablesLocalIndex
{code}
Hence I thought the failure was not related to this commit.
