Fixed a problem actually setting the stroke thickness in the demo:  revision 1825225.

And then there was a problem with the drawing calculation involving the stroke thickness,
so fix that too:

Sending wtk-terra\src\org\apache\pivot\wtk\skin\terra\TerraGaugeSkin.java
