We have a 0.10 as well, but the release sort of got botched. I have no 
real experience doing Apache releases, and I am looking for advice on 
how to do it.

We have a twitter account, I think that's about it.

Yeah, it has been quiet - I speculate that sebb and I don't have oodles 
of time for it right now, and given that a lot of people use it, but 
virtually no one contributes to it, we're in a bit of a slump.
