Sounds like you are building from the svn head
That is not version 2.0, but 2.1-dev
There is no 2.0 version of jetspeed-webapp-logging
Check your $HOME/build.properties for:

jetspeed.version = 2.1-dev
maven.repo.remote = http://www.bluesunrise.com/maven/, 
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/, http://dist.codehaus.org/, 
http://cvs.apache.org/repository
