We are using jars named 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT in our distribution, yet the
highest version available on the apache site and its mirrors is 1.0.0.
I see references to version 1.1 on the JIRA, but there seems to be an
inconsistency on their download pages. Where did 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT come
form?
