Arnaud Simon resolved QPID-720.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: M3

Several changes were required: 
Struct and the generation process have been updated so to set a dirty flag when message properties
are updated. 
Message and session have been updated so that to cash headers 
Message producer has been updated so that not to reset headers
