You can download the qpid jmx management console from our download
page: http://qpid.apache.org/download.cgi

There is a user guide for it here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/qpid/qpid-jmx-management-console-user-guide.html

Alternatively, you can monitor the broker using a generic JMX tool of
your choice, eg JConsole
