Improve consume performance when more data is being written by the broker than read
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-3608
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3608
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: C++ Broker, C++ Client
    Affects Versions: 0.15
            Reporter: Andrew Stitcher
            Assignee: Andrew Stitcher

There is a heuristic test in qpid/cpp/src/qpid/sys/posix/AsynchIO.cpp which attempts to ensure
that writing data on a connection doesn't stop data being read on a connection. However in
some circumstances this test means that little data is allowed to be written at once on connections.
