Hi Justin,

The scripts that build the Windows installer need changes - I'm working on
testing now. It's your call what you want to do in terms of release - in
the past, I've committed the needed changes to the release branch _after_
the release is cut since nobody generally cares about the
installer-building scripts. But I will hopefully have the scripts finished
testing by Monday.
