Message.ttl= can take either a Duration or an integer value

                 Key: QPID-3725
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3725
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Ruby Client
            Reporter: Darryl L. Pierce
         Attachments: 0001-Updated-Message.ttl-to-accept-either-a-Duration-or-a.patch

If the argument is an instance of Qpid::Messaging::Duration, then its underlying Cqpid::Duration
instance is used. Otherwise, an instance of Cqpid::Duration is created from the argument,
which is converted to an integer.
