Alan Conway resolved QPID-4264.

    Resolution: Fixed

No longer applies on trunk, PriorityQueue has been refactored.
> Priority queue does not keep an accurate count of available messages
> --------------------------------------------------------------------
>                 Key: QPID-4264
>                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-4264
>             Project: Qpid
>          Issue Type: Bug
>          Components: C++ Broker
>    Affects Versions: 0.18
>            Reporter: Jason Dillaman
>            Assignee: Alan Conway
>            Priority: Minor
> While investigating QPID-4262, discovered via code review that the PriorityQueue does
not properly update its backing "fifo" MessageDeque's available count when PriorityQueue::removeIf
is invoked.
> This might prevent the deletion of a queue and might result in queue listeners being
woken up unnecessarily.
