-------------------------------------------------------

Commit 1597801 from orudyy@apache.org in branch 'qpid/trunk'

QPID-5715: Add new attributes for transaction sync policies into BDB HA virtual host,
remove 'coalescingSync' attribute from BDB HA virtual host node and always use
coalescingSync with replicated environment,
change attribute 'durability' of BDB HA virtual host node into derived attribute,
delegate bdb je transaction creation to EnvironmentFacade,
with ReplicatedEnvironmentFacade crate transactions with durability having virtual
host transaction sync policies
           and ack mode 'SIMPLE_MAJORITY'.

> In order to support the HA use-case, a new object, VirtualHostNode will be added into
the Broker model. The Broker will support zero or more virtual host nodes. Each virtual
host node may have zero or one virtual hosts.
> Virtualhostnode will be responsible for
> * the lifecycle of the durable configuration store
> * the recovery of its children (that is, the virtual host and its object descendants
(exchanges, queues etc) but not messages/message instances etc).
