QPID-6394 Make linearstore the default store for linux builds

> [linearstore] Make linearstore the default store for linux builds
> -----------------------------------------------------------------
>                 Key: QPID-6394
>                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-6394
>             Project: Qpid
>          Issue Type: Improvement
>          Components: C++ Broker
>    Affects Versions: 0.31
> Reporter: Kim van der Riet
> Assignee: Kim van der Riet
>            Priority: Minor
> Make linearstore the default store.
> Currently for cmake builds, the legacystore is the default store. Within cmake settings,
{{BUILD_LEGACYSTORE}} is set to {{ON}}, and {{BUILD_LINEARSTORE}} is set to {{OFF}}. Reversing
these will allow linearstore to build by default, but for those still wanting the legacystore,
running {{ccmake}} will allow them to 'undo' this change.
> Note that one cannot have both linearstore and legacystore present at the same time in
a qpid build, as the broker will load both simultaneously. This will result in undefined behavior.
