Date Fri, 21 Aug 2015 14:44:45 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPIDJMS-92?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14706810#comment-14706810

ASF subversion and git services commented on QPIDJMS-92:

Commit 9f6ecd3b407880e4283e403ebbe6aff6665c3813 in qpid-jms's branch refs/heads/master from
[ https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=qpid-jms.git;h=9f6ecd3 ]

Makes the pull consumer actually pull from the remote peer and clears
any granted credit if the pull did not succeed in getting any messages.

> Improve the pull consumer implementation
> ----------------------------------------
> Key: QPIDJMS-92
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPIDJMS-92
> Project: Qpid JMS
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: qpid-jms-client
> Affects Versions: 0.4.0
> Reporter: Timothy Bish
> Assignee: Timothy Bish
> Fix For: 0.5.0
> The current implementation of the zero prefetch consumer (pull consumer) is pretty basic
and has some undesired side affects on other consumer given that it can leave an open credit
for the consumer if no message is received in the given timeout for timed receive calls.
