QPIDIT-70: Properly encode json results

This test 'gets tests to pass' by escaping double quotes and
backslashes.

The patch does not use .NET library json serializer yet. The
library is unicode centric and its encoding of a single quote
as '<backslash>u0027' fails in the test framework.

> Strings containing a backslash fail and the rules governing backslashes are not clear.

> In debug tests with the console printing the sent/received payloads AmqpNetLite and ProtonCpp
show:
> Sender (both cases):
> {noformat}
> '["", "12345", "Hello, world", "\\\\x01\\\\x02\\\\x03\\\\x04\\\\x05abcde\\\\x80\\\\x81\\\\xfe\\\\xff"]'
> {noformat}
> ProtonCpp works by returning:
> {noformat}
> binary
> ["","12345","Hello, world","\\x01\\x02\\x03\\x04\\x05abcde\\x80\\x81\\xfe\\xff"]
> {noformat}
> AmqpNetLite fails by returning:
> {noformat}
> ["", "12345", "Hello, world", "\x01\x02\x03\x04\x05abcde\x80\x81\xfe\xff"]{noformat}
