I believe that this is an issue with 2.0.0 artemis broker.

* Running the interop tests always hangs in a ProtonCpp->ProtonCpp combo
* Running against Qpidd passes repeatedly
* Putting in a ProtonCpp Receiver on_container_start usleep(250000) gets the test to pass
repeatedly. Patch posted below.

I don't see anything in the protocol traces that is wrong or bad about ProtonCpp.

I did not wait for long enough to see if it gets unstuck, I admit.
