QPIDJMS-331: have the connection desire the SHARED_SUBS capability

> client should desire the SHARED-SUBS connection capability
> ----------------------------------------------------------
> Key: QPIDJMS-331
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPIDJMS-331
> Project: Qpid JMS
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: qpid-jms-client
> Affects Versions: 0.25.0
> Reporter: Robbie Gemmell
> Assignee: Robbie Gemmell
> Priority: Minor
> Fix For: 0.26.0
> The client looks for servers offering the SHARED-SUBS connection capability to decide
whether they support the shared subscription functionality added in JMS 2.0 (see QPIDJMS-220).
It does not however currently set this as a desired capability in its connection Open frame,
which it should be doing. (A desired capability is set on the link-level detection performed
if the server didn't offer the connection level capability)
