DISPATCH-1072 Fix label indicating the number of clients on console's topology page.

> Number of clients doesn't always update on topology page
> --------------------------------------------------------
> Key: DISPATCH-1072
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-1072
> Project: Qpid Dispatch
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Console
> Affects Versions: 1.2.0
> Reporter: Ernest Allen
> Priority: Major
> On the console's topology page, when there are multiple clients of the same type (sender,
receiver, broker, etc) attached to a router, the number of attached clients of that type is
displayed using a label. The label is sometimes not updated to reflect the correct number
of clients attached.
> The label should update to correctly indicate the number of clients of that type that
are associated with that router.
