- Fixed bugs which make the standalone regression runner fail on Windows and Mac
- Allow fuzz tests to build under VS12 & VS10

> [c] Fuzz regression testing: Use reponse files instead of long command line
> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
> Key: PROTON-1983
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-1983
> Project: Qpid Proton
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: proton-c
> Reporter: Andrew Stitcher
> Assignee: Andrew Stitcher
> Priority: Major
> Labels: fuzzer
> One of the reasons stopping Windows from running the fuzz regression tests is that it
does not support the very long command lines needed.
> This can be solved by using response files as an indirection.
