I think the fact that it's in C is a major plus, since speed is big on the
mod_python feature list.

I don't know much about parsers, btw, so feel free to ignore me - but I
did notice that Python uses what appears to be a home-grown parser - is
that any good? I'm just curious why they (Guido?) chose to go that
particular route.
