Package: libapache2-mod-python2.3
Version: 3.1.3-1
Severity: important

After doing /etc/init.d/apache2 reload or /etc/init.d/apache2 restart,
any request to a mod_python handled URL result in 500 Internal Server
Error. I have to stop apache, wait for all the processes to go away, and
then start it again to restore service.
