It's not fair to expect 3rd party mirrors to carry old releases.
Please delete the following:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ranger/0.4.0-incubating/
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ranger/0.5.3-incubating/
