Anthony Carlucci resolved RAVE-732.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 0.14

This issue is fixed - it was introduced with r1363010 (RAVE-624). The key used in the map
that stores the registerWidget String blocks was incorrectly using the widgetId instead of
the regionWidgetId as part of its value.  This was affecting both OpenSocial and W3C widgets.
