Matthew Montgomery commented on ROL-1414:
-----------------------------------------

I don't see any problems with the regular expressions that generate a match on the provided
example. I tested the software link and support text and they were not processed by the plugin.
Are there any other examples available that would help reproduce this problem?

I did see that the expressions don't take into account the dash character so that email addresses
like foo-bar@fake-domain.com aren't recognized. I will submit a patch for this soon.

> Email scrambler plugin randomly scrambles non email links
> ---------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: ROL-1414
> URL: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/roller/browse/ROL-1414
> Project: Roller
> Issue Type: Bug
> Reporter: linda skrocki
> Assignee: Allen Gilliland
>
> Example: http://blogs.sun.com/ThinkThin/entry/sun_ray_software_4_update
> On the link to get the software it is scrambling the URL. The mail link is scrambled
and the actual mailto is scrambled as well, however the URL to survey monkey at the end is
not scrambled.
> The above issue went away when the email scrambler plugin was disabled.
