Roller ignores the error and continues, but if there is something fundamentally wrong, it
should log to the startup file.  Considering we are already coded to use tomcat in the roller.properties,
I guess we could assume the same here.

log4j.appender.roller.File=${catalina.base}/logs/roller.log
