It would be nice to get some of the Python param/uid issues resolved (SPARK-14771).  I've
seen quite a few JIRAs recently about people complaining about missing methods to get various
params from models.  This would hopefully be done by restructuring some of the Python class
hierarchies to match those in Scala.
