Marcelo Vanzin resolved SPARK-1502.
-----------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

I don't think a new setting is worth it. You can use the {{spark.hadoop.blah}} to set the
Hadoop config to an empty string and achieve the same result.

> Key: SPARK-1502
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-1502
> Project: Spark
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: YARN
> Affects Versions: 1.0.0

> Since we have a spark assembly that is including all the yarn and other dependencies
we need, we should add an option to allow the user to not include the cluster default yarn/mapreduce
application classpaths when running spark on yarn.
> ClientBase.populateHadoopClasspath is function that populates that.
