Description:
Currently, Spark does not accept null as an input for `ntile`, or zero, however Postgres supports
it.
Example:
{code:sql}
SELECT ntile(NULL) OVER (ORDER BY ten, four), ten, four FROM tenk1 LIMIT 2;
