Please take a look at JavaPairDStream.scala:
 def saveAsHadoopFiles[F <: OutputFormat[_, _]](
      prefix: String,
      suffix: String,
      keyClass: Class[_],
      valueClass: Class[_],
      outputFormatClass: Class[F]) {

Did you intend to use outputPath as prefix ?
