Not yet the team is currently developing a document that can be drafted later with mentors
and be taken out to community for voting, or wahtever is the best mechanism for decisions.
Still expect something on the next two weeks.


Then we can put those user stories on the backlog and begin picking up those from there.

Speaking of releases, are there any documents or have there been discussions about what features
we are thinking for the first release and when we might want to target such a release?

I'm not very familiar with ASF projects but I am curious if we were planning to use JIRA boards
for tracking what's in scope for a release?  I might be wrong but I think these sorts of choices
are flexible and up to the project, but my suggestion would be to leverage JIRA.
