Schema version upgrade breaks existing tests. It is not easy to fix, because tests use a lot
of SQL as test fixture. With the development of database schema, it will become hard to maintain.
I've created a follow-up jira SQOOP-1814. 

As the issue blocks 1.99.5, in order to make code work again. I'd reuse tests (for version
4) for version 5.
