Subject [jira] [Commented] (SQOOP-2951) Not able to use sqoop command on DB where logging disabled
Date Fri, 13 Jan 2017 21:32:26 GMT

Li Cui commented on SQOOP-2951:
-------------------------------

Any update on this please? workaround/temp fix, etc?
I tried the following:
1. --relaxed-isolation,
2. use connection-param-file to pass "jdbc.transaction.isolation=TRANSACTION_READ_COMMITTED"
3. use connection-param-file to pass "jdbc.transaction.isolation=TRANSACTION_READ_UNCOMMITTED"
4. use connection-param-file to pass "jdbc.transaction.isolation=TRANSACTION_SERIALIZABLE
"

Got the same results: "ERROR manager.SqlManager: Error reading database metadata: java.sql.SQLException:
No Transaction Isolation on non-logging db's"

This is sqoop 1.4.6 with informix Informix 11.50.FC7 on Sun Solaris 5.10

Thanks
