Subject Re: Sqoop Support Data Type Matrix for Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server
Date Mon, 01 Jun 2015 15:05:04 GMT
Hey there,

The data typing will vary by database. Check out
http://sqoop.apache.org/docs/1.4.6/SqoopUserGuide.html#_supported_data_types
for information for the oracle direct connector for example. The
documentation is a little sparse in this area, but ideally Sqoop supports
most/all database types out of the box.
