Nils-Helge Garli commented on WW-2416:
--------------------------------------

I tried changing the first line to

serializeIt(ctx.get("request"), "request", writer, new ArrayList<Object>());

and it does print the information in the request map, but it gets extremely verbose in xml
mode, printing the value stack and all it's values, such as all properties on the http request
and response and then some! Maybe some kind of filtering of attributes should be applied?

> At the class org.apache.struts2.interceptor.debugging.DebuggingInterceptor in line 280,
the interceptor is including information about the "request" in the output, but is getting
information from session:
> serializeIt(ctx.getSession(), "request", writer, new ArrayList<Object>());
> 279: writer.endNode();
> 280: serializeIt(ctx.getSession(), "request", writer, new ArrayList<Object>());
> 281: serializeIt(ctx.getSession(), "session", writer, new ArrayList<Object>());
