Subject [jira] Resolved: (WW-2868) JSONValidationInterceptor does not execute 'validate' method
Date Wed, 15 Apr 2009 16:02:08 GMT

]

Musachy Barroso resolved WW-2868.
---------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 2.1.6

This was a problem before, because the WorkflowInterceptor was the one executing validate(),
and that interceptor would never be called if the JSONValidationInterceptor was active. This
problem was fixed, and the validate() invokation logic was moved to the validation interceptor.

> The interceptor does not handle validations which are defined in a 'validate' method
of the action. It does not execute the method so does not capture these fielderrors/actionerrors
(i.e. only supports xml and annotation based validation).
