  Hello,

  When the <useAttribute> tag  is used to declare a particular variable, 
and that variable doesn't exist, an exception is thrown, unless you 
specify ignore="true".
  It is the signification of ignore="true". The jsp variable declaration 
still occur, but no value is set.
