There's a download on the publisher's site (http://www.manning.com/husted) that should have
everything you need. 

It's always just been one thing after another, and I never had the chance to see about moving
these up from the sandboxes. 

For database access, I would *strongly* recommend using iBATIS (http://www.ibatis.com/) rather
than the Scaffold SQL package. 

It's essentially the same thing, only the iBATIS team did it better. (Of which I am now proud
to be a member.)
