I have the same problem with Hotmail only not yahoo, Hotmail does not relay
or accept mails coming from IP addresses that are dynamic and not static.

I use PostCast Server (http://www.postcastserver.com/)

That is unlikely, as he can successfully send messages to gmail. I think
that hotmail and yahoo! blocking residential IP blocks is more likely.
