hi,

maks sure you have the struts2-core-2.0.6.jar  in your lib folder..

and just add <%@ taglib prefix="s" uri="/struts-tags" %> in your jsp. that 
is all what you need.

no need to add any entry in web.xml.

are you using

<web-app xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee"
  xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
  xsi:schemaLocation="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee 
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-app_2_4.xsd"
  version="2.4">

in you web.xml header.?
