Thanks for the answer. I'll take a look at <s:button then.

But the reason I ask is that the documentation :
http://struts.apache.org/2.x/docs/reset.html mentions the attribute
"action". Is this a doc error?

Never,
maybe s:button is the best candidate in order to obtain what you're
looking for.
