Subject [jira] [Created] (SVN-4771) Erroneous svn diff --summarize output
Date Tue, 11 Sep 2018 14:15:00 GMT
Chris created SVN-4771:
--------------------------

Summary: Erroneous svn diff --summarize output
                 Key: SVN-4771
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SVN-4771
             Project: Subversion
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.10.x
            Reporter: Chris
         Attachments: summarize-bug.sh

Inconsistent diff output when using summarize and when not using it. Description from my email
to the list:

"What I'm doing is that I'm changing a file in a subdirectory, committing it and then reverse-merging
that change so I'm back to the same content of my working copy as before. Running svn diff
against the previous revision shows no diffs as expected, but when I do the exact same command
but add --summarize, it says the file that I changed is modified and the directory it is in
has property changes."
