Hi Giulio,

I am unable to reproduce this . The following is the update that i got
in my client v1.6.17

$ rm foo.php
$ svn st
!      foo.php

Have you tried the following command if this helps ?

$svn delete foo.php --force
$svn st
D         foo.php
svn: 'foo.php' does not exist
