Asankha C. Perera resolved SYNAPSE-82.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 1.0-RC1-B3

I think this was related to SYNAPSE-83 which was fixed. Please try with the next build and
if there is any issue attach the TCP mon any any other information to understand the reasons
