The changes are just refactoring. They have moved the Singleton TaskManger
to a normal class and now the taskManager is accessed through the
SynapseEnvironment. Rather than getting a instance of a task manager for a
Synapse Envioronment it is more logical to get it from the
SynapseEnvioronement itself.
