Thank you for all suggestions. Basing your suggestions, I've written the initial version of
Coding style (https://wiki.apache.org/tajo/CodingStyle). Now, it looks enough for us. Later,
we could describe further conventions if necessary. If there is no objection until tomorrow,
I'll fix this issue as resolved.
