I'll take a look. I didn't see any mapping of /private/ in the standard 
Tutorial v1 web.xml - but I shall look again. I didn't see it in the jetty 
xml either, but I will look there again also.

In terms of the exceptions, I'm writting a tutorial chapter that demonstrates 
them. So the exceptions are expeced. The user can force them via a few links 
on the app itself. Nothing to fancy, but I wanted to actually show the pages 
in action, as well as an example of overriding the Exception page (or one of 
them, at least).

I'll check stuff in when the freeze is over. When is that, BTW ?
