That's OK with me.

For two reasons:

1) <code class="foo"> is better than <span class="foo"> because it
works with stylesheets turned off.

2) <code><span jwcid="@Insert" value="ognl:value"/></code> generates
<code></code> if getValue() returns null. <code jwcid="@Insert"
value="ognl:value" element="code"/> would generate nothing.

So I think it would make sense. But of course it can wait for 3.1.

And BTW: class is already a *formal* parameter of Insert.
