InjectMeta annotation generates incorrect code for boolean properties

         Key: TAPESTRY-660
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-660
     Project: Tapestry
        Type: Bug
  Components: Annotations
    Versions: 4.0
 Environment: 4.0-beta-7
    Reporter: Howard M. Lewis Ship
 Assigned to: Howard M. Lewis Ship
    Priority: Minor

  public abstract boolean getNonUserAccessible();

Is converted into:

public boolean getNonUserAccessible()
  java.lang.String meta = _$componentPropertySource.getComponentProperty(this, "non-user-accessible");
  return java.lang.Boolean.valueOf(meta);

Boolean.valueOf() returns a java.lang.Boolean, not a boolean.

We should be using parseBoolean() for boolean (primitive) types.
