Subject Tapestry Inspector is back and better than ever

Did a little bit of work yesterday and today really overhauling the
Tapestry inspector.  Fixed the colors (its now black and white ... got
rid of the dark blue) and got all the tabs working and doing the right
thing.  It's back to being useful!

I'm also using the @Describe component more, which means we can start
registerring Describers for various important objects (such as
IBinding and IAsset classes) and get a more readable display.
